Photos & Multimedia FAQ

Thank you for your interest in supporting SHS Drama. Please see the answers below to common questions about accessing photos and other media. Please feel free to contact Technical Director Laura McGowan if you have any questions.

How do I access each show? Do I need a password?

Access to the show photos and DVD order forms of each show now requires a password. The purpose of this password is to protect the privacy of the students at SHS Drama. All students involved in the play receive a card with information on how to access their show page and the same cards are available in the lobby during all performances for any interested parents, family or community members. If you did not get a card with your password, OR if you are a student or family member interested in access photos from a show, please CONTACT US to request access. Please feel free to share the password with family and friends but we ask that you do not post it publicly to keep access to the images private.

Why are the photos free?

At Sehome Drama, we believe it is important that every student, family and friend of the the department has access to photos or video of the performances regardless of their ability to pay. We believe that this idea aligns with our values of kindness, community & commitment. If you would still like to contribute financially to the program, please consider supporting the program directly through donations and other means of support. When I download a digital copy of a photo, do I own the copyright?

Can I order a video recording of the show?

DVD and Blu-ray recordings are available of some performances. Use the order form (also behind the password wall for each show) to select the quantity of DVDs or Blu-rays that you would like. Each disc is $5 to cover the cost of materials. The recordings are usually available for pickup in the Drama Room at SHS. If you require another arrangement for delivery please include a shipping address on the form. Productions unavailable on DVD/Blu-ray: Annie: The Musical, The 39 Steps

Can I pay for DVDs by credit card? Why there only an option for ASB Account payment?

Due to the fact that all proceeds from the sales of DVDs/Blu-rays go directly to the SHS Drama program, we have decided to only offer payment processing through the Sehome High School ASB Office using a student account. This change helps streamline the process and avoid the service fees for processing credit cards to ensure that more of your payment goes directly into the program you love. However, if you are a parent, family member or other interested buyer who does not have access to a student account, please CONTACT US to receive an invoice which can be paid by card.
